Admission to practice law in 2006. Lawyer and partner since 2014 with Güneş & Hamdan Rechtsanwälte PartGmbB. Previously an associate lawyer and then partner in a medium-sized German law office specialising in liability law. 

Lecturer for national and European safety law at the University of Applied Sciences in Saarbrücken, Germany.

Studied law at Saarland University in Saarbrücken and at Queen Mary Westfield College in London.

Lawyer in Saarbrücken and Saarlouis, Germany, since 2004, as well as a university professor for civil law, commercial law, banking and insurance law since 2009. Prior to this, several years as an assistant to various university chairs.

Studied German law at Saarland University, French law at the Centre d´Etudes Juridiques Franco-Allemand (Saarbrücken/Nancy 2) and European law at the University of Limburg in Maastricht; legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of the Saarland with a period working in a commercial law firm in Paris.
